Tips for using SG Culture Pass
How to redeem your credits
- Visit the SG Culture Pass website at https://www.sgculturepass.gov.sg.
- At the top of the screen, select ‘Log in’ to verify and complete your profile using your Singpass.
- You will now be able to access the $100 worth of SG Culture Pass credits. You can continue to check your credits under the SG Culture Pass profile you have set up.
How to spend your credits
- Under your chosen event or activity, select ‘Get tickets’ at the bottom of the screen. You will be redirected to an authorised ticketing partner’s website. SG Culture Pass’ authorised ticketing partners include BookMyShow, SISTIC, GlobalTix, Klook, Pelago, and Trip.com.
- The website will guide you through selecting your preferred slot and ticket type. Once completed, select ‘Add to cart’.
- Select the SG Culture Pass payment method. The exact payable amount will be automatically covered by all available credits from your SG Culture Pass balance (rather than paying through fixed amount vouchers like the CDC vouchers).
- If your available SG Culture Pass credits do not cover the full ticket amount, pay the remaining balance through your preferred payment method.
